1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in any program offered by Code N’ Create (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Programs

Code N’ Create provides hands-on robotics, coding, and STEM education programs for K-8 students, including After-School Robotics, Camps & Workshops, Group & Institution Programs, and In-Home Sessions. Program availability, schedules, and locations are subject to change, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled families of any changes.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any program is confirmed upon receipt of required registration information and payment, where applicable. Specific pricing, payment schedules, and cancellation or refund terms for a given program will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Please contact us directly with any billing questions.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

A parent or legal guardian must complete registration on behalf of any student under 18. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact and emergency information, and for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations relevant to their child’s participation.

5. Conduct and Safety

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment. We ask students to follow instructor guidance and treat peers, coaches, and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to remove a student from a program, without refund of amounts already earned, in cases of behavior that endangers the safety or well-being of others.

6. Photo and Media Release

From time to time, we may photograph or record students during programs for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media, including our Gallery page. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or featured, please notify us in writing before the start of the program.

7. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, course materials, branding, and content on this website are the property of Code N’ Create or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. LEGO® and SPIKE™ are trademarks of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code N’ Create shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable program.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
