Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
This is a general Privacy Policy template provided for informational purposes and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Because our programs serve children, we recommend having this policy reviewed by a qualified legal professional to confirm compliance with COPPA and other applicable child privacy laws before relying on it as your final policy.
1. Information We Collect
When a parent or guardian contacts us or enrolls a student, we may collect the parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number, and any information provided about the student (such as age or grade level) that is necessary to deliver our programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; all registration is completed by a parent or guardian.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, process enrollments, communicate about programs and schedules, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. Children’s Privacy
Our programs are designed for K-8 students, but our website itself is intended for use by parents, guardians, and school partners, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If we learn that a child has submitted personal information to us directly without parental involvement, we will delete it. Parents and guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to us may contact us to request its removal.
4. Photos and Media
We may photograph or record students during programs for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media, including our Gallery page, as described in our Terms of Service. Parents and guardians may opt out of this at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies and Website Data
Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support standard site functionality. We do not currently use these technologies for targeted advertising.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not share personal information with third parties except as needed to operate our programs (for example, with a partner school or institution hosting a program you’ve enrolled in), to comply with the law, or to protect the safety of our students and staff.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to review, update, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you or your child, subject to any records we are required to retain.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
